My paper on ICT analytics for community informatics == done. Hooray. Tomorrow I get up early to head into my last data mining assignment. I’ve got it mostly done, but need to redo some of the statistical analysis, since I’m a stats moron. After that,  I need to get back to real work, i.e, finishing my research for a machine learning conference in St. Louis this summer.

Lately I’ve been thinking about seeking out a Buddhist place of worship again. I wasn’t really finding a place with the Zen community here, which in some ways is my home practice. I may check out the Tibetan sangha, since that is really the other body of practice I’m familiar with. I’ve certainly strayed a long way from prospetive Buddhist priest to technologist/baby data miner. Definitely feeling a need to return to some of my roots.
